We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days. If there is a delay, such as having to make more product, we will contact you.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post and are usually delivered within 2-5 business days from shipment; however, we cannot guarantee delivery times. We will send you your Australia Post tracking number, so you'll always know where your goodies are at.
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us via email to let us know within 30 days of the date of purchase. We may ask you to return your product with proof of purchase. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
In the event you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within two days of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it with you. We may ask for product details and/or photos, or we may request that the item is returned to us before we process an exchange or refund of the product.
