Tart and a deep crimson colour this Queensland childhood favourite is made using our homegrown rosellas. Spread on toast and scones, or mix through yoghurt or ice-cream.
A relative of the hibiscus flower, we harvest our rosellas from around April through to June. While we try and make enough jam to last us until next season, it's not hard for this one to sell out.
